Student Ministry (and More!) in Sydney

Australia is rapidly becoming both incredibly diverse and also post-Christian, even to the point that it's considered "pre-Christian" by some. Come share the good news of Jesus with people who desperately need Him, particularly college students.

Interns will spend time in the community to learn about the locations, culture, religious context, and observing the different ministries and learning about missions in the Sydney, Australia, context. Interns will be involved primarily with campus ministry, working alongside both Harbour City Church and Student Outreach to the World in their daily activities and ministries.

An ideal candidate is mature both spiritually and socially, able to travel independently within Sydney, and take initiative with ministry tasks. You should be open to serve, eager to learn and observe, have a love of the church, and be adaptable to different contexts and situations.

You'll serve alongside missionaries and national leadership, participating in a variety of ministry and projects. You will be mentored along the way, participating together in cross-cultural studies and a missions curriculum. This mentored summer internship is a 2025 RUF partnership site.
