MTW seeks to hire men and women committed to worldwide evangelism who also possess strong giftedness and abilities in their fields. We see our work as ministry, a calling to build the kingdom of Christ.

We need strong skills like any other organization, from accounting to project management to administrative skills. PCA or other Reformed affiliation is highly desirable, but not required in most positions. Missions experience is a strong plus.
