Partner with Ethiopia ACT alongside local nurses during a week of medical clinic. As Ethiopia ACT has grown and expanded into a new community, the need for medical clinics has increased. Our medical teams are a vital part of our ministry, helping us build relationships by caring for the neediest people living in the neighborhoods we serve. Doors are opened for sharing the gospel and connecting people to our partner churches.
Opportunities to serve on a week-long trip are available year-round. Before each 5-day clinic, you will be thoroughly prepared with an orientation into common illnesses, available diagnostic testing, and a look at the pharmacy on site. During clinic, after patients have been triaged, the physicians will see approximately 3-4 patients per hour with access to a private exam room and follow-ups as needed.
