Over the last several decades, 45 churches have been planted among the Indigenous Mangyan people throughout Occidental Mindoro by MTW missionary Shine Lee’s parents. James and Shine Lee are now overseeing the ongoing work, including raising up the next generation of Mangyan pastors and ministry leaders—essential to the growth and maturity of local churches in the years to come. Through the All Nations Mission School (local seminary) and a new ministry initiative called the Timothy Project, the Lees are working toward this goal.
There is much to do and they would like to see a team of gifted people join them. Could you fill one of these needs?
-
Teaching elder: theological education and leadership development
-
NextGen ministry director: train, equip, and disciple ministry leaders and volunteers from church plants
-
Mercy ministry coordinator: address the ongoing needs of the Mangyan communities by developing a more structured and strategic community outreach plan (collaborate with Mangyan pastors and work closely with the church plants).
-
Medical professionals to start a clinic
