Cultivate

Creating a Culture of Missions in Your Church

How does your missions leadership:

Decide who to support?
Align your program with your vision and mission?
Partner with missionaries you already support?
Engage church leadership?
Move from resource-allocators to vision-casters and even … raise up new missionaries?

We are here to help missions leaders develop a framework that will guide you to clear answers to these questions, and more. Cultivate is an MTW interactive course that will change the way your church looks at missions and provide you with next steps no matter where you stand: whether your church is on fire for missions or doesn’t even talk about it. Reach out to us for your personal assessment and training opportunities.

Cultivate is offered as a four-part course that combines online training and homework, or a one-day in-person seminar led by MTW representatives.
