Rickaby, Ben

Ben Rickaby has been called to serve the Lord for a year in Tokyo Japan. Ben will be working alongside the Tokyo City team on a church plant in the Setagaya Ward of Tokyo along with the college outreach ministry there. Ben’s first experience with international outreach was in college where he was able to meet other students from all over the world and had the opportunity to build relationships and show the love of Christ to those who had never heard of the gospel.

Ben grew up in Oregon and has lived all over the U.S. throughout his life. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2013 with his bachelor’s in journalism and worked for several years as a journalist. Ben then switched over to a new career working with special needs high school students. Ben was able to visit Japan in college where he fell in love with the people and the culture and is thrilled to see what God has planned for him in this next chapter of his life.
