Frank and Cindy Sindler have been with MTW since 1994. They served as church planters in Western Africa and then worked internationally equipping local leaders to plant churches and launch and grow ministries around the world. Frank is now regional director for East Africa working with MTW teams and local partners in the region to reach their vision to see healthy regional church planting movements multiply. Frank also writes courses and teaches in pastoral training centers in Africa and manages several other African ministry initiatives including an Africa-wide agricultural development initiative. He also helped found and chairs the International Discipleship Coalition that brings together a wide variety of Reformed organizations providing training and resources for churches throughout Africa.
