We’re here to help you grow and develop as a new missionary. In Kingdom Foundations you and your cohorts will:

• Explore your identity in Christ

• Experience community while you prepare for the field

• Be equipped for the mission to which God has called you

• Gain a solid understanding of the community of MTW

• Be encouraged to practice the habits that are fundamental to your role

This Journey Includes Four Components:

COHORT JOURNEY

A 10-month journey of growth and development, encouragement, accountability, and camaraderie leading all the way to departure for the field. You will meet virtually every other week with five to eight other missionaries in training, plus a cohort leader. Between each meeting, the leader will assign a maximum of two hours of coursework. Meetings will include time for debrief, discussion of the coursework, prayer, and mutual support in your journey into missionary life.
