Dougherty, Derek & Laura

The Dougherty family served in church-planting with MTW’s team in Cusco, Peru from 2016-2021 helping to plant a local church and training up nationals to lead and shepherd the congregation there. In 2021 the Lord led them to conclude their time in Peru and spend a season in the U.S. mobilizing and training laborers for the harvest. Derek and Laura now serve with MTW’s learning team in training and development for new missionaries. They are passionate about helping others grow in their walk with the Lord and preparedness for ministry through group learning and interchange.
