FAQs
How do I start the application process?
The first step is to fill out our pre-application form. A staff member will be in touch with you to discuss your interests and the best fit with what you’re looking for.
What are the main qualifications MTW looks for in 1-11 month candidates?
What kind of training will I receive?
Those serving 1-11 months will complete a series of online training courses in areas such as culture, working as a team, and fundraising. Beyond the required courses, optional electives in areas like spiritual development are available too.
You will also participate in a series of virtual cohort meetings, led by missionaries and MTW counselors. These meetings also provide opportunities to get to know other 1-11 month participants who are preparing to serve.
