OPPORTUNITY DETAILS

We seek to reach the large number of expatriates living in the greater Lisbon area, including as many as 300,000 "global nomads." These expats include remote workers, diplomats, military personnel, retirees, and refugees, with a wide range of nationalities including Brazilians, Brits, Ukrainians, Mozambicans, Angolans, French, Germans, Chinese, people from Scandinavian countries, and a growing American population. Our desire is to develop a new team focused on planting an international Reformed church.

We are looking for someone with formal education/training in counseling to begin a Christian counseling ministry, be available to the congregation regarding their counseling needs, and also to work closely with the pastor(s) and session to help shepherd people knowledgably and lovingly.
