New Church Planting Team in El Salvador: All Gifts Needed

The social and political climate in El Salvador is changing after many years of violence and corruption. There is growing hope for improvement and opportunity, but many people are still in need of the truth of the gospel to change their hearts, not just their circumstances. While evangelical churches abound, most teach a prosperity or works-based message. There are few Reformed and covenantal voices.

Our developing team in San Salvador is meeting all kinds of people eager for change, developing community and trust, and setting the stage for future church planting. The goal is to identify potential local leadership, train them for church planting, and then work cooperatively toward this goal.

We are building a team of relationally-gifted and collaborative people who have a wide range of skills and vocations. We especially need a couple of teaching elders with hearts to train and mentor others. If God is calling you to this type of work, then let’s talk.
