The International Presbyterian Church in England is seeing exciting growth! With a dozen new churches and more on the horizon, the planting work has outpaced the human resources needed to sustain these young mission churches. We need your help!

MTW is partnered with the IPC to help facilitate continued church planting across the country. There are opportunities for mature Christians to come alongside a British pastor to support the ongoing growth of a local church. A variety of needs exist such as hospitality, outreach, teaching/preaching, discipleship, music, counseling, children/youth/student work, mercy ministry, and pastoral care. Whatever you are doing in your local church, the same is needed in England.

We are looking for committed believers with experience in their local church who are willing to serve at least four years with a church plant. Whether you feel big city life is for you or a quaint English village is more your style, we’d love to help find your fit serving God in a country where fewer than 2% attend church regularly.
