Opportunity Details

MTW has been working in the country of Ukraine since 1994. We rejoice that over the years the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Ukraine has been established to include 12 churches, two church plants, and a seminary.

Ukraine is currently in the midst of a war and the church is in great need. The western part of the country is free from the physical threat of the war, but not the psychological, spiritual, and emotional impacts. The cities are full of people who are pondering and engaging with the most fundamental questions of existence.

We believe the time is right to begin expanding church planting efforts, starting in the western part of the country. We hope to see new churches, teams, and ministries established now, in preparation for the context when a post-war Ukraine arrives. Working alongside the EPCU, we are looking for:

a team leader (TE) to lead a new team
church planters to begin new churches
trauma counselors
those skilled in other mercy and support ministries
