New Team Forming: Develop Campus Ministry

Opportunity Details

From the borders of Persia in the west to the Pacific in the east, and extending south into a number of island nations, this “Asian Crescent” region includes numerous countries, varied geographies, and more than two-thirds of the world’s Muslims. And we are expanding by establishing ministry hubs in strategic cities across the region. One of these new hub cities will serve a vast archipelago nation that is home to a majority Muslim population. Christianity is growing here, and we hope to support continued growth by planting and resourcing Reformed churches.

This is a university town, and the diversity found across the country’s many islands is reflected in the students. Walls separating Muslims from the ministry of the church are relatively porous, and opportunities abound. This is an ideal location to further confessional Presbyterian church planting across the nation. We have one family committed to the church planting effort and they are looking for others to join them. In particular, they would love to have a campus minister, devoted to reaching the multi-ethnic student body of the nearby university.
