Khrystya first met MTW missionaries when she responded to a flier about English classes. Over time she recognized that the Christianity they spoke of seemed different than the Christianity she’d heard of growing up in Ukraine. It wasn’t about just being a good person. It was about Jesus. Studying the Gospel of Mark in her Bible study group helped clarify the stories of Jesus and solidify her beliefs.
