Occidental Mindoro, Philippines

image description

In 1992, the parents of current MTW missionaries went to Occidental Mindoro, Philippines, to reach the Indigenous Mangyan tribes living on the island. By God’s grace, they established a seminary called All Nations Mission School, trained national pastors for gospel ministry, and planted 45 churches with permanent worship spaces and dozens more house churches among the Mangyan people. Today, MTW missionaries continue this much needed work. There are still many Mangyan tribes who have never heard the gospel.

MTW missionaries are building on the existing foundation focusing on theological education and leadership development for the growth and maturity of the Church. They are revamping the curriculum at All Nations Mission School and launched a ministry initiative called Timothy Project. The goal of Timothy Project is to raise up the next generation of Mangyan pastors and ministry leaders who are gospel-centered, theologically trained, and competent. Their vision is to see healthy leaders leading healthy churches in Occidental Mindoro and throughout the Philippines and beyond.
