The Well: Reach out broadly, dive deeply

Join us for The Well, a mentored summer internship in Sofia, Bulgaria, and a 2024 RUF partnership site.

Come to the vibrant capital city of Sofia and be individually mentored by member of the MTW team. You'll be stretched and grown by the Spirit, Word, and living in community. In turn, you will develop relationships with Bulgarians for the purpose of showing the love of God and serving others. The team will support and encourage you every step of the way as you begin to discern your unique gifting and how God wants to use you for His kingdom.

You'll have regular times of engaging with Scripture and discerning how they apply to the many realms of life; daily opportunities for worship; learn what it means to live out the gospel in another cultural setting; and engage in outreach ministries through English Club ministry, mercy ministry, and sports ministry outreaches, among other daily highlights.

There will be trips outside of Sofia, including a week-long English camp in the mountains, and a weekend trip to a neighboring country, to broaden your perspective of missions.
