Regional Member Care Coordinator for East Africa

With a diverse, relational culture and real need for strong biblical teaching, it’s a compelling place to serve, build community, and strengthen healthy churches.

We are seeking a person or couple to join our growing team in Kenya to provide regional member care support for missionaries, their children, and national ministry partners both in Kenya and across East Africa, including Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Uganda. Provide encouragement, pastoral care, and practical support by interacting with families, helping care for children and youth, organizing retreats, mentoring young people, and helping identify areas where missionary or partners may need additional care. The coordinators will help strengthen the relational health of the regional team by encouraging connections between missionaries, supporting families during seasons of transition, and helping cultivate an environment where missionaries and national partners can flourish in ministry. A background in ministry, counseling, youth ministry, education, or member care can be helpful, but is not required.
