Interns should be mature in their faith, be teachable, and have an outgoing personality because direct evangelism and discipleship is expected. Your days would be filled with direct evangelism or hosting various evangelistic engagement activities, leading small group Bible studies, meeting with students or other people in the church, and attending regular church activities. Other roles could include helping in worship or outreach activities like kids programs or camps, incorporating individual gifts and skills. Seminary student interns would also be expected to help in Sunday preaching, Bible studies and pastoral ministry.
