Seth and Lindsey met at their local rock-climbing gym in Nashville, Tennessee, and bonded over their love of adventure and heart for missions. They married in 2022 and went on their first vision trip to Japan in September 2023. Seth grew up as a missionary kid (MK) in Japan and, by God's grace, felt a call to return to reach the next generation with the good news of Jesus Christ. Lindsey felt the Lord calling her into missions in her teen years and pursued a career in nursing with open hands to where God would lead.
It is estimated that over 90% of Japanese people have never heard the gospel. Seth and Lindsey are thankful to be witnesses to God’s work in the lives of Japanese people and they long for all to learn about God’s grace. They will be serving alongside the Next team in Nagoya, Japan, reaching the "10/30 window" (10 to 30 year olds) through local church partnerships, evangelistic outreach, and caring for missionary families.
