Panama City holds a pivotal role in Latin America due to its strategic geographic location as the isthmus connecting North and South America. With eight different Indigenous groups, many of whom have been marginalized and misrepresented in the larger community, Panama offers an excellent opportunity to reach various people groups in a small geographical area.

We are seeking a passionate and culturally sensitive Indigenous outreach worker to join our team. The person will work alongside the local church in Panama City, focusing on building connections and providing support to Indigenous communities, fostering cultural respect, and promoting spiritual growth among these unique and valuable groups.
