Short-Term Missions: Crossing Cultures and Secrets to Team Success (AUDIO)
In this session from the Equip West Coast Short-Term Missions training, we'll hear summaries from the two breakout sessions.
First we'll hear a recap of "Crossing Cultures in a Short-Term Trip Context." This seminar answers questions like: What can a short-term team do to prepare for the difficulties of differences in language, culture, food, etc., and how can we avoid offensive cultural faux pas while not shying away from the gospel?
Then we'll hear a recap of “'Secrets' to Team Success." What are some practical things a team can do to be united in purpose and peace and sanctified by the trip, both before the trip and while on it?
Listen and be encouraged and equipped as your team prepares for short-term missions.
This seminar was recorded live at the spring 2019 Equip missions training in Fullerton, California. Equip is a quarterly training event sponsored by MTW West Coast designed to deepen your understanding of missions and help you see how God's global plan intersects with your life. Additional seminars are available on Soundcloud.
