Serving Refugees: What Does Scripture Say? (AUDIO)

We are in the midst of one of the worst humanitarian crises of our time. How should we as believers respond to the more than 60 million forcibly displaced people whose lives and livelihoods have been shattered by conflict and disaster?
Dr. Kay Burklin, MTW’s refugee liason, and Alli H., former missionary to the Middle East, explore Scripture to see what the biblical foundations are for how we should respond to the refugee crisis. How does Scripture compel us? What does it teach us about how Christians should care for the vulnerable and marginalized as well as those who are our enemies? And how are Christians responding right now around the world?
Listen and learn more about what Scripture has to say about refugees and how we as Christ-followers should respond.
This seminar was recorded live at the 2018 Equip missions training in Tucson, Arizona. Equip is a quarterly training event sponsored by MTW West Coast designed to deepen your understanding of missions and help you see how God’s global plan intersects with your life.
