Thinking about missions but unsure if that’s God’s calling for you? Doug Shepherd, MTW team leader in L’viv, Ukraine, wasn’t always sure if he was called to missions. At 20 years old, Doug felt he had a deep understanding of the gospel, but didn’t know if he was fit to serve. So he started with an MTW internship and other short-term missions work in the summers during college to test the waters.

Doug knew he wanted to serve abroad but wondered if he had enough experience. He wondered if his gifts could be used, and if so, where? In this video Doug talks through the steps that helped reveal his calling, and gives advice and encouragement to those who are questioning their own calling.
