Both/And: Reaching the Nations Locally and Globally (A Video)

By Tom Mills, Nov 23, 2021
Why must we go to the nations? There are cross-cultural needs right here in our own communities. We go because God has called us to go. In Acts 1:8 we see that the disciples were sent out to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the ends of the earth. We know that the people from the nations came to Jerusalem at Pentecost, and yet the disciples were still sent out to these regions and to the uttermost parts of the earth. The command of Scripture to pray that the Lord of the Harvest would raise up laborers to go into the harvest. It’s exciting to respond to the opportunities God has given us to reach the nations here, but it’s not an either/or situation, it’s got to be a both/and.

Watch as MTW missionaries and national partners share their perspectives on the importance of missionaries continuing to go out and serve in global missions.
