Uganda Kampala Church Planting
Africa | Project # 95947
Kampala is a bustling and vibrant city of chaos and color, intense poverty, and stunning beauty. Here in Uganda’s capital, a team of MTW missionaries is working alongside national partners to make disciples and see the gospel flourish through a healthy church and denomination.
Planting a Reformed and Presbyterian church in the southern part of Kampala began in 2019 with the planting of Christ Our Refuge Church. What started with a handful of missionaries and Ugandans has now become a healthy church of over 50 communicant members and over 60 children who come each week from around the community.
Christ Our Refuge Church is in need of a new property and building. The current space (which they have outgrown) will no longer be available by October 2024. Would you pray for the Lord to provide funding for COR so that it can better fulfill its mission to the people in the community—and particularly for the current need of a new facility? And as you pray, would you consider giving?
