Mexico McAllen Area Church Plant
Americas - North | Project # 97359
In the Rio Grande Valley, a region where culture is deeply bound with a works-righteousness mentality, MTW is partnering through our CPI (Center for Church Planting) team on both sides of the border with several Reformed ministries to establish a grace-based church-planting movement.
Our team is working with local believers, the National Presbyterian Church of Mexico, and the South Texas Presbytery (PCA) to accomplish this. The first church, Spanish-speaking Valle del Rey (Valley of the King), is being planted in the McAllen, Texas area, led by a Mexican Presbyterian church planter. Believers are hearing the gospel, being discipled, and learning about Christian servant leadership. They are a congregation of a little over 40 people, committed to the church and enthusiastic about God’s work among them.
Your gifts to Valle del Rey will help them grow in Christ-centered worship, outreach, and discipleship, all with the goal of church multiplication. Pray with us that many in the Valley may hear the grace of the gospel.
