Resource Team Itineration Representative
Opportunity Details
The Resource Team Itineration Representative is a paid, full-time, non-exempt position that supports missionaries from the time of approval through the itineration process and departure for field service. This role provides administrative support and guidance to missionaries as they raise support and prepare to move overseas.
The itineration representative serves as a primary resource during this season, helping missionaries navigate MTW’s pre-departure policies, processes, and requirements while ensuring that critical steps are completed accurately and on time. This individual will develop knowledge of several global regions and the unique aspects of serving in those contexts, while also becoming highly proficient in MTW’s internal systems and procedures, being able to create and maintain pertinent resources and track data over time.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves the Lord and is both process-oriented and highly detail-focused, while also being intentionally relational. This role requires timely and accurate information management, strong system proficiency, and a solid understanding of MTW’s HR and payroll policies and practices.
Candidates should be comfortable working with computers, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and meet regularly with home office staff and missionaries. Familiarity with basic budgeting is also helpful. The ideal candidate will maintain a posture of continual learning and growth. Experience with Workday software is a plus. Previous mission field experience—especially experience raising support—is strongly preferred.
Candidates who live in the Lawrenceville/Atlanta area and have the ability to be present at the MTW home office when scheduled are preferred. If a remote-based candidate is selected, a work schedule that aligns with the Eastern time zone will be expected.
