Uganda is a strategic place for ministry: The church is growing, people are spiritually open, and Christianity has deep roots, defined by the costly martyrdom of young converts executed in the 1880s. Yet there remains a great need for discipleship and training leaders, and so MTW’s presence in Uganda is expanding.

Serving in ministry can bring both great joy and significant challenges. Often there is heavy responsibility with limited access to pastoral encouragement. And so we are seeking someone to join our growing team to provide member care and encouragement for missionaries, pastors, and ministry leaders, and to support the relational health of the broader ministry community. A background in pastoral ministry, counseling, education, or mentoring can be helpful, but is not required.

Help cultivate an environment where missionaries and national partners can flourish in ministry.
