El Salvador is the smallest country in Central America, but it has a dense population. And most of the people are very, very poor. People have lost hope for the future and many act in desperate ways. We are raising up a team who can minister in the midst of this extreme poverty, respond with Christ-like compassion, and introduce people to Jesus who can transform their hearts and minds.
We are building a team of relationally-gifted and collaborative people who have a wide range of skills and vocations. We especially need an equipped and called teaching elder to join the team and help us plant churches.
