Come serve this summer alongside an international church-planting team planting a Presbyterian church in the city of Krakow. Church members are Poles, Ukrainians, South Africans, Kenyans, and more. Our team will guide you as you participate, learn, and grow in the church-planting process in a multinational European context, and perhaps as you discern a call to full-time ministry.
Interns can expect to serve in children's ministry (VBS), community outreach, interacting with church members, and participating in the regular weekly ministries of the church. You will also spend time learning and being mentored; you will have assigned readings, learn Polish, and meet with a mentor weekly. For men considering pastoral ministry, your mentoring will be tailored to help you discern your call and you will be included in things like homiletics class.
This internship is primarily for men, ages 22-35, who are interested in going into cross-cultural or pastoral ministry. An ideal candidate loves the Lord, is humble, teachable, and willing to engage with people from other cultures.
Dates: June through July or July through August
