Hospitality Specialist
Opportunity Details
Isaiah 55 Ministries serves some of Reynosa’s most overlooked neighbors—especially the Deaf community—through discipleship, education, and practical care. Staffed partially by MTW missionaries, the ministry runs Instituto Isaías 55, the city’s first Deaf school, offering gospel-centered learning in Mexican Sign Language. Located between a prostitution district and a major dump, Isaiah 55 provides weekly outreach, vocational training, and hosts volunteer teams. In a region shaped by syncretistic beliefs, the ministry also strengthens church-planting efforts to help the local church thrive.
We are seeking an additional missionary who will coordinate meaningful hospitality for staff, volunteers, and the local community. This role organizes group meals, prepares welcoming spaces, and helps create programs that reflect the gospel through intentional care and warmth. Candidates should have a strong heart for hospitality, experience coordinating meals for groups, bulk-shopping skills, effective communication and teamwork, active church involvement, a passion for sharing the gospel, and Spanish fluency or willingness to learn.
