Donations Receptionist
Opportunity Details
Exceptional customer service is essential to ensure a positive experience for MTW constituents. The donations receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals calling the donation phone line, delivering professional and timely responses to general inquiries they are equipped to address. Additionally, this individual will support the donations department with various tasks as needed. This position, within the Donations Team in MTW’s Finance Department, involves answering questions over phone and email, updating donor payment information and contact information, and ensuring that donors receive appropriate correspondence and communication in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner.
In order to be successful in this position, a candidate will need strong customer service skills, phone skills, written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidates should love the Lord, be patient, flexible, detail oriented, and able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. In addition, candidates must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and need to have discretion in handling financial transactions.
