Titus and Crystal Bagby are native Texans and met during college at Texas A&M University, marrying in 2011. They began to sense a call to full-time ministry overseas which led them to two years serving in campus ministry in China. It was during that time Titus sensed a call to full-time pastoral ministry, so they moved to Dallas where Titus attended seminary, afterward receiving a call to serve as campus minister at Texas A&M with RUF-International. Titus and Crystal enjoyed providing hospitality and welcome to international students for eight years, while raising their three daughters.

The Bagbys have joyfully accepted a call to serve Tornagrain Community Church in the Scottish Highlands as church planting associates, using their gifts of discipleship, hospitality, and evangelism. Titus will also be assisting with preaching and teaching. Their desire and passion is to support the leadership of the church and particularly to disciple young believers as they grow in their faith in a spiritually desolate culture. The Bagbys long to see revitalization and renewal in a place where people have lost touch with their story.
