Ryan and Kristina Swanson met during their college years and married in 2009. Their first 15 years of marriage were spent in suburban North Carolina, years in which God grew both their family and their involvement in the local church. In 2024, God began opening doors to lead their family into international missions.
The Swansons have been called by God to serve with Dornoch Free Church in the Scottish Highlands. Their hearts are united with the church’s vision: to bring glory to God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and to make Him known both locally and globally. The Swansons are dedicated to supporting the church’s gospel-centered ministry through discipleship, hospitality, and community outreach. Ryan and Kristina also share a passion for nurturing the faith of children and teens, seeking to build meaningful relationships with entire families through youth ministry.
