Sabol, Juraj & Zuzana

Juraj and Zuzka Sabol married in 2015. At that time, Juraj worked in a fabrication shop and interned at a church in London, and Zuzka worked as an English teacher. In 2016 they were recruited by MTW missionaries to return to their homeland of Slovakia to help plant a church.  

Upon their return Zuzka continued to teach and Juraj opened his own fabrication shop, while continuing his theological education.

Juraj was ordained in 2022 and installed as the pastor of small church in Spišská Nová Ves, Slovakia. Working alongside MTW missionaries, Juraj is working to revitalize this small church with the hope that more churches will be planted out of it. Part of the ministry of this church is outreach among the Roma, a despised and impoverished minority in Slovakia.

Juraj is overseeing the theological education of a Roma pastor apprentice. Zuzka oversees an early intervention preschool for Roma children. The Sabols have two boys.
