With nearly 30 years of ministry experience including serving on the staff of a local church, living in both Italy and Uganda, and working with MTW from the home office, Carolyn has seen firsthand how the church is God’s plan to make disciples among all nations. Now, she is called to bring these three together, strengthening collaboration among PCA churches, the field, and MTW to advance His kingdom around the world.
As MTW’s director of organizational relations, Carolyn is part of the U.S. Operations leadership team, where she loves building connections both within and beyond MTW, particularly with the other PCA committees. She also leads key projects and provides coaching, training, and debriefing for missionaries—both new and experienced—helping them stay healthy, resilient, and effective in their callings.
