Cordell, Bradley & Sara

The Cordells joined the MTW Lviv Team in 2011 with a primary vision to help plant a church. They served in Lviv for eight years in a variety of roles. Bradley served as the team's executive administrator, launched and directed a publishing house, and led an English Bible club. Sara served in various children's and women's ministries of the church plant. Their time in Ukraine was an amazing season of life and God used it to prepare them for their current ministry roles. 
 

Bradley serves as MTW's director of ministry partner development and part time on the MTW Ukraine Crisis Management Team. Bradley's role as director of MPD involves training and coaching missionaries on how to develop and maintain a financial partnership team (how to raise support). His hope is to cultivate an MPD culture where missionaries are gospel-rooted with kingdom vision and well supplied with plentiful partnerships. When Sara is not busy as a mom, she enjoys connecting with internationals and teaching ESL classes. By God's grace, they desire to serve the church; to serve MTW missionaries through coaching, mentoring, and training; to mobilize missionary laborers for God's harvest; and to see God’s glory proclaimed to the ends of the earth.
