How Do You Engage Your Church in Missions?
Jesus said, “Go and make disciples of all nations,” but exactly how does a church send its best and brightest onto the mission field? MTW’s regional representatives draw on a deep well of experience (50+ years’ worth) to equip your church. From training to consultation to resources like videos, books, or webinars, we are here to enable your church to become a Great Commission-sending church.
We used to call ourselves regional “hubs,” but as our mission has adapted, our name has, too. While we’re still all about sending missionaries, our regional reps are focused on equipping churches to send workers into His harvest. If you’re an individual who wants to serve in missions, MTW would love to talk with you. Click here to get started.

After eight years in the classroom, he moved into industry, working in quality and training roles for German and French companies for 21 years. He retired early in July 2020 to pursue ministry opportunities with MTW. Connie worked for an international architectural firm doing mechanical design in Bermuda. Robin Lee
Western Regional Director
Robin grew up in Southern California attending an immigrant Korean church and came to faith as a teen. During his college years at UC Berkeley, he dove deep into the church and missions, even contemplating a life of tent-making missions in the Middle East which led him to take his first job out of college at ARCO Oil Company. During his years in the business world, Robin sensed an increasing burden for theological training, which led him to pursue studies at Westminster Theological Seminary. He served as an associate pastor at King’s Church for 11 years, and as executive director of MTW’s Southeast Asia Partnership, working alongside church pastors and MTW missionaries to help mobilize people and resources for the field.
Before joining MTW in 2024, Robin served as executive pastor at New Life Presbyterian Church in Escondido for seven years. Now as director of MTW’s West Coast region, Robin focuses his passion for global missions in mobilizing God’s people for the Great Commission.
Robin has been married to his wife Irene, whom he met on a short-term mission trip, for 24 years. Together, they have a daughter and three sons.
