SUPPORT UKRAINIAN CHURCHES
As the war in Ukraine continues on, our missionaries and partners in the region work to provide aid to the afflicted.
Please give now to provide aid to our Ukrainian brothers and sisters who are staying in-country despite the war. Funds will also be used for church planting in Ukraine and the surrounding region. Read details.
YOU CAN HELP
We need you! Learn how your funds can make a difference for the future of the church.
Your gifts allow the MTW crisis response teams in Lviv, Ukraine and Krakow, Poland continue to care for evacuated Ukrainian families and transport humanitarian aid into Ukraine. These crisis response teams provide displaced Ukrainians shelter, food, clothing, and medical supplies. Similar crisis response teams in Romania and Slovakia offer the same short-term care for Ukrainian refugees.
Besides supplying the necessities, MTW crisis response teams offer places for Ukrainian families to regroup as they reorient themselves after fleeing their homes to escape the Russian invasion. Your donations keep facilities where displaced civilians gather for meals, access the internet, and organize activities for their kids running.
Funds also support Ukrainian-led crisis response teams in Kharkiv, Odesa, Kyiv, Nikolaev, Kherson, Lviv, Belgorod Dnestrovsky, and Ivano-Frankivsk. Convoys of nine-passenger vans full of supplies have been delivered to churches in Ukraine who then distribute humanitarian aid to people in their community who are in desperate need. Transportation has been provided for churches in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kherson, and Kharkiv, so those who remain have access to medical and personal hygiene products, gas masks, solar panels (for electricity), and other basic supplies. Delivering aid to people in Ukraine living under the immediate threat of the Russian advancement would not be possible without your generosity.
Finally, your gifts continue to support MTW missionaries and local staff committed to ministry efforts and sharing the gospel. MTW missionary Bob Burnham, who served in Odesa, Ukraine, for 27 years, said they have moved from triage—getting people out, finding them a home, food, and clothing—to addressing the significant emotional and spiritual needs of those living in the evacuated communities. The Burnhams have been able to have regular church service, Bible studies, and prayer sessions at the evacuation shelter in Romania where they are currently living. Other MTW workers in Slovakia, Lviv, and Krakow are gathering believers in the name of Jesus and encouraging Christians to be salt and light to the unbelievers in their midst. Your contributions help the church in the region be the hands and feet of Jesus to scared Ukrainians suffering from the trauma of war. Thank you for giving and please continue to pray for peace in Ukraine.

As Ukraine struggles in war with Russia, MTW missionaries and members of 15 partner churches of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Ukraine are on their knees seeking the Lord’s mercy, protection, and wisdom. Our churches in western Ukraine and MTW missionaries in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia are caring for refugees by providing food, transportation, supplies, clothing, and housing. The needs are huge, especially as we consider rebuilding or replanting churches in the future. Thank you for your generous donations, and please especially join us in prayer. We trust in our Sovereign Lord for His grace and mercy in this time of great need.
