High demand, affluence, and Munich’s status as a major European cultural and economic hub create the perfect storm for exploitation. Germany’s history is deeply intertwined with Christianity, but faith is largely nominal for many. Secularism and apathy toward religion are pervasive, leaving a spiritual vacuum where exploitation thrives. This is both heartbreaking and motivating: It calls for action to bring God’s justice and mercy to those suffering in silence. Through outreach into the strip clubs and brothels of Munich, we are meeting women where they are—stepping into the places society deems irredeemable. We build relationships, offer practical help, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.

We are looking for people to join us to help in several areas: direct outreach, meeting women where they are; resource coordination (collection and distribution of practical resources); program administration; and church outreach ministry coordination.

The ideal candidate would be a woman who possesses emotional resilience and maturity, with the ability to remain composed in challenging or unexpected situations. Experience in social work or trauma-informed care would be highly valued.
