MTW strives to ensure that all personnel are well-covered by our employee benefits package. To that end, the Human Resources Department is hiring a part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) Benefits Assistant to assist the Benefits Administrator and ensure all MTW staff are well-served. Some of the duties involved would be entering and enrolling individuals in the MTW benefits programs, processing monthly invoices, responding to staff questions and issues, and working on department-wide HR projects.

The ideal candidate for this position would be a skilled communicator, a critical thinker, and a strong team player. The position requires computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn quickly. This person also needs tp be detail-oriented and efficient in their work.
