Now that you’re convinced of the benefit of short-term mission trips, what can you do to prepare for your mission trip?

In this third session of MTW West Coast’s spring 2019 Equip training on short-term missions, MTW West Coast Hub Director Mike Pettengill discusses a number of ways that you and your team can be good stewards to make the best of the opportunity to serve. Among other things, the value and absolute necessity of prayer and flexibility and openness to other cultures cannot be overemphasized. He also covers a number of suggestions for support raising for short-term trips.

Listen and learn how you can make the most of your opportunity to serve.

This seminar was recorded live at the spring 2019 Equip missions training in Fullerton, California. Equip is a quarterly training event sponsored by MTW West Coast designed to deepen your understanding of missions and help you see how God’s global plan intersects with your life. Additional seminars are available on Soundcloud.
