Accelerate the mission.
Accelerate the gospel.
For the past 20 years, MTW Ambassadors have funded innovative, contextualized ministry initiatives in three strategic categories—planting churches, developing leaders, and transforming communities.
Without Ambassadors, these projects would either take years to launch or would not be possible at all.
Your investment accelerates the mission. By providing critical startup capital, Ambassadors enable missionaries to focus on field ministry instead of fundraising.
This accelerates the gospel. Your support means churches multiply sooner, leaders get trained faster, and the good news of Jesus takes root in communities around the world.

MTW Missionaries – Cambodia
Mark and Laura Ambrose serve with Mission to the World in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where they focus on church planting and anti-sex trafficking initiatives. After two decades of providing medical care in the U.S., Mark transitioned to serving marginalized populations in Cambodia, particularly victims of sexual exploitation. He leads Family Clinic, which not only provides essential medical services, but also trains Cambodian Christian doctors to practice gospel-centered medicine. This clinic is integral to their church-planting efforts, as it connects healthcare with local churches, facilitating outreach and support for people in need.
In response to the challenges faced by young women exiting rehabilitation programs for trafficking survivors, the Ambroses founded Freedom Ministries. This initiative offers scholarships, housing and discipleship through local church dorms for college-aged girls. Secondly, there is Dahlia Dorm, a home for younger girls aged 10-18. Freedom Ministries aims to integrate these young women into the church community, providing them with a safe environment where they can heal, grow, and develop their faith. Through their combined efforts in ministry, Mark and Laura Ambrose are making a significant impact on the lives of those they serve in Cambodia.

Robin Lee
MTW West Coast Regional Director
Robin was born and raised in Southern California. During his college years at UC Berkeley, he dove deep into the church, went on short-term mission trips every summer, and contemplated a life of tent-making missions in the Middle East, which led him to take his first job out of college at ARCO Oil Company. During his years in the business world, Robin sensed an increasing burden for theological training, which led him to pursue his studies at Westminster Theological Seminary. While serving as an associate pastor at King’s Church for 11 years, Robin also served as executive director of Southeast Asia Partnership. Before joining MTW in 2024, Robin served as executive pastor at New Life Presbyterian Church in Escondido for seven years. Robin serves MTW’s partners on the West Coast and works with PCA churches to engage more people in global missions. Robin and his wife, Irene, have four kids: Karis, Elijah, Joshua, and Noah.
