The Lighthouse Children's Home cares for children who have been orphaned, abandoned, or are from abusive situations. At the Lighthouse Home, these children receive loving nurture, physical provision, education, and the message of the gospel.

The ministry was started in 1999 by the MTW Philippines church-planting team and the first home for girls opened in early 2001. The Lighthouse Home includes two campuses: Peace Home for girls and Grace Home for boys. A local Presbyterian church provides spiritual oversight and care to the children.
