Mike and Caryn Poloske

Michael and Caryn joyfully served their homebase church in Florida, Seven Rivers Presbyterian, in various ministry and leadership roles for over 20 years. They’ve been married since 1990 and have one son. After retiring they felt called to serve with MTW responding to Jesus’ words, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few …” Matthew 9:37.

The Poloskes will join the team at Christ the Savior Presbyterian Church in Kraków, Poland. They will provide practical ministry support, Christ-centered hospitality, and support the pastor leading a new Reformed university student ministry through opportunities for fellowship, relationships, and discipleship.

Mike’s service as a deacon and chairman, combined with over 30 years in corporate IT, project management, and leadership, equips him to strengthen ministries, develop leaders, and coordinate practical care. Caryn’s years on church staff developed her gifts in administration, hospitality, and pastoral support. They desire to equip and encourage others, strengthen church ministry, and cultivate a welcoming community marked by Christ-centered hospitality, discipleship, and outreach.

The Poloskes invite you to partner with them to provide the practical assistance and personal hospitality that strengthen the local church, support its pastor, and create opportunities for others to experience Christian community and hear the gospel.
