AJ Mirabella will be serving in Nagoya, Japan beginning in January 2027. She grew up as a missionary kid in Chiba, Japan, and is incredibly excited for the opportunity to return and serve the church in Nagoya. Since becoming a Christian in her teenage years, she hasn’t been able to imagine a better way to spend her time and talents than telling others about the good news of Jesus. The Lord has given her the particular heart to see the flourishing of the Japanese church. 

AJ graduated from Covenant College where she studied economics and community development. Her role serving with the Next team will be pursuing Japanese youth, discipling missionary kids, interning at a Japanese church, and conducting ethnographic research of the neighborhood the team serves in.
