Global Training
You’re a missionary in a poor fishing village in Central America where the waters have been overfished and no one can make a living anymore. Your church planting efforts are frustrated since daily survival makes church irrelevant to most. How do you move forward? Enter one of our global training specialists, who spends time with the whole community implementing a low-cost community development program that works hand-in-glove with the church. Excitement grows, hope is restored, and the church becomes very relevant. And a frustrated missionary is now gratefully back on track.
Our global training staff can provide tools that help address the challenges of cross-cultural ministry: training for new missionaries, leadership development, team building seminars, and community development training. Many write curriculum. They help our missionaries and the churches they work with to thrive in their unique ministry contexts. And they travel—everywhere.
