Youth Ministry Leaders

The need for youth pastors is great! Sixty percent of Africa’s population is under the age of 25, so reaching these young people is strategic to reach and disciple the Church in Africa. However, trained African pastors are rare and even fewer are trained in youth ministry.

Experienced youth ministry pastors and leaders are needed to serve long term alongside our local church partners in many possible locations: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa; Bulawayo, Zimbabwe; Kampala, Uganda; and in Blantyre, Malawi. Not only would you be involved in local youth ministry, you would mentor African leaders to be equipped to do the same.
